Technology design Design works

We design wastewater treatment systems for industrial plants. We offer a description of the process, water and waste balance, equipment selection, media consumption calculations, site design, equipment list and technical guidelines.

Product description

We design wastewater treatment systems for industrial plants.

A technological project may include:
  • a description of the treatment process,
  • a quantitative and qualitative balance of wastewater and waste streams, i.e. quantities, flows, concentrations, pollutant loads, dry matter content. etc.,
  • technological calculations for the selection of devices together with an indication of the efficiency of the devices, providing the degree of pollution reduction (percentages, concentrations) at each stage of treatment and sludge management,
  • calculations of the consumption of water, polymers, chemicals required to treat 1 m³ of wastewater, dewater 1 Mg of sludge,
  • land development plan (2D drawing),
  • equipment layout (2D and 3D drawings),
  • a list ofplant equipment together with the quantity, manufacturer of the device,
  • balance of the electrical power of the installed devices together with the average consumption of electrical energy required to treat 1 m³ of wastewater, dewater 1 Mg of sludge,
  • technical guidelines for other industries, i.e. architectural, construction, sanitary, electrical, heating and ventilation, I&C, which will enable the development of the construction and technical design at a later stage,
  • information necessary to prepare the Project Information Card.

The documentation is provided in the selected language, in electronic form (standard: PDF, DOC, XLS, DWG) by email and/or on DVD.

Technology

Dissolved air flotation

Flotation is the most effective method of removing contaminants such as fats, suspensions, and petroleum substances.

Sequential Biological Reactor SBR

Biological reactor in which the processes of denitrification, nitrification and sedimentation take place in a programmed cycle in one tank.

Mechanical pretreatment

Mechanical separation, i.e. separating solid elements from the wastewater stream

Flow biological reactor

Classic system with nitrification and denitrification tanks and a radial settler.

Anaerobic EGSB reactor

An advanced wastewater treatment system that uses anaerobic processes to decompose organic pollutants and produce biogas.

Anaerobic UASB reactor

A wastewater treatment system that uses anaerobic microorganisms to decompose organic matter.

Anaerobic AnDGF reactor

Advanced wastewater treatment system that combines anaerobic decomposition processes with efficient sludge separation.

Anaerobic AnMBR reactor

Advanced wastewater treatment system using anaerobic processes and membrane technology.

Aerobic MBR reactor

A modern flow reactor in which ultrafiltration membranes are responsible for the separation of sludge.

Aerobic MBBR reactor

A wastewater treatment system that uses biomass carriers immersed in a reactor filled with water.

Sludge dewatering

Devices for removing water from sediment by pressing, squeezing and other mechanical methods.

Equalization

Averaging to improve efficiency and reduce wastewater treatment costs.

Ultrafiltration

Membrane processes used for wastewater and water treatment.

Fenton's reaction

Technology from the group of advanced oxidation processes used in special cases.

Neutralization

pH correction in flow or batch mode

Container solutions

EMI offers specialized containers with built-in equipment for the implementation of any industrial wastewater treatment processes.
