Reliable construction
The use of reinforced and sealed bearings makes EMI sieves resistant to rapidly changing load and waste water characteristics. Less issues in this sensitive component of treatment plant has a direct impact on the overall system reliability, availability and, of course, maintenance costs.

Smart nozzles
You can use a number of different nozzles in our sieves. They can be quickly unmounted without any tools – all you need is a few minutes and the nozzles can be cleaned or replaced if that is ever needed.
Cost of purchase and operation is reduced by the use of proven materials. Nozzles we have selected are optimal in terms of durability and cost throughout the device lifetime.

Variety of options
Compared to perforation, slotted structure is more resilient to clogging and easier to clean. Depending on the application, the slots can have a gap of 0.25 to 2.0 mm., the width of the sieve ranges from 1000 to 2000 mm. Other designs are available at request.
