Alternating polyelectrolyte preparation unit
Construction of batch units was designed for excellence in preparation of polyelectrolyte. Separate tanks for dilution&maturing and storage provide ultimate quality of solution. Mature product has no contact with fresh portion, every drop is staged for equal time.
Maturing tank is placed over storage tank and the transfer is done with the force of gravity.
Controls of the batch units allow to control the solving process in every detail, including mixing schedules and maturing time.

compact poly unit
Most compact unit designed for the sole purpose of diluting polyelectrolyte emulsion. Construction focused on minimum size and simplicity. Applicable where polyelectrolyte consumption is low and purchase and running costs have to be kept at lowest level. This compact unit consists of a emulssion storage tank, a pump and dilution tank with a mixer. It offers a unique feature of supplying solution without a pump, using the raw water pressure to supply the product.

Curved static screen
A basic device for separating solid elements from waste water stream. Waste water flow is directed on a curved plate with slots. Water flows through and solids slide down the curve. Construction does not contain any moving elements, water flows with the force of gravity.
Applicable in mechanical treatment of waste water from food processing industry.

DAF unit
Flotation is a renowned method for separating suspended solids, oils and fat from waste water. EMI dissolved air flotation units were designed to perform the process in optimal conditions.
Raw waste water is mixed with precisely dosed chemicals in a pipe flocculator neatly composed with main unit or placed separately. Air dissolving happens in controlled
conditions within high-effciency saturation unit.
Water containing dissolved air is released in flotation chamber. As air travels upwards, it collects contaminants organized in floccs. Sludge separated from waste water is removed from upper surface with a skimmer. Sediments collected in specially shaped bottom section of flotation chamber are evacuated through pneumatic valves.Since 1990 EMI has achieved excellent results in applying DAF units in food industry, but also in oil separation and general chemical pre-treatment.

Przepływowa stacja polielektrolitu -en
Most popular type of polyelectrolyte preparation station (PPS). Construction features a single tank with 3 separate chambers for diluting, maturing and storage of polyelectrolyte solution. Water flows through all of the chambers in a sequence. Multi-plate overflow prevents back-flows and gives sufficient retention time for maturing.
The station can be equipped with a hopper for powder and/or concentrate pump. Advanced automatics are easy to control thanks to intuitive touch screen. As polyeectrolytes differ in their characteristics, EMI units can be adjusted to specific needs through calibration and a number of settings, including vibration and mixing parameters.

Rotary drum screen – external
Most popular type of a drum/screen used for separating solids from waste water stream.Flow is directed onto a slotted drum. Water flows through the drum and solids are scrapped off the drum. The drum rotates under a set of nozzles using water pressure to clean the drum and the slots.
Rotary drums with external inflow are suitable for all sorts of industries, ranging from food processing to PET recycling.

Rotary drum screen – internal
An advanced device for separating solid elements from waste water stream. Flow is directed into a slotted drum. Water flows through the drum and solids are scrapped outside. The drum rotates under a set of nozzles using water pressure to clean the drum and the slots.
Rotary drums with internal inflow are perfect for all sorts of industries, ranging from food processing to PET recycling. -
